Admission Procedure
1. Visit the School Campus
Once admissions are announced, parents may visit the ILM International School campus and complete the admission enquiry form. For admission-related information, parents may also contact the school by phone or WhatsApp.
2. Collect the Admission Form
Parents are requested to meet the Admission Office to learn about the admission procedure, fee structure, and other requirements. The admission form can be collected from the Admission Office.
3. Admission Assessment
Play Group to KG
Applicants seeking admission to Play Group, Nursery, and KG may be required to attend an oral assessment or interview. Parents will be informed of the assessment requirements and whether parental attendance is necessary.
Stage 1 to Stage 10
Applicants for Stage 1 to Stage 10 may be required to sit for a written admission assessment. Candidates who qualify may then be invited for an oral assessment or interview. The school will communicate the applicable assessment requirements to parents.
3. Submit the Application
Parents must submit the completed admission form along with the required documents:
Recent passport-size photographs of the student and parents
A photocopy of the student’s birth certificate
Photocopies of the student’s recent report cards, where applicable
Photocopies of the parents’ National ID cards (NID)
After reviewing the application and the student’s assessment, the school will confirm about the admission of the student.
5. Confirmation of Admission
Successful candidates must confirm their admission by completing the required formalities and paying the applicable admission fees to the Accounts Department within the specified deadline.
6. Books, Uniforms, and Stationery
Parents are requested to arrange the required school uniform, books, stationery, and other learning materials according to the school’s instructions.
